* Undergraduate Program: selecting from high to low test scores in the regular university and college entrance examinations
* College Program (no separate test organization): selecting the university entrance examination scores of block A and registered aspirations of the candidates from high to low score till the end of target

4.REGIME AND CONDITIONS FOR STUDENT
- All students after enrolling at the Institute will be guaranteed in terms of system of preferences and policies as prescribed by the State.
- Students after entering school will be trained under advanced training program with the systems of auditorium, practice - experiment rooms and modern technologies. Especially, in research and study process, students are allowed to visit and apprentice in the units, companies inside and outside Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group so that students are capable of the actual access to the technology.
In addition to class time spent on listening to the teacher ‘s guideline on research and study, students has a chance to read at the library as well as access to high-speed Internet at Internet Plaza at the Institute to learn new knowledge and technology in the world for learning and research purpose.
5. OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS
- After admission, students have the opportunity to participate in high quality engineer training programs in Information Technology of the Institute. Here, during the studying process, students are taught and study in English according to all ACM standards of the USA.
- In addition, students of the institute can take part in international training programs such as exchange training with international level 3+1 (03 years studying at the Institute, 01 of final year studying abroad) ; 2+2 (02 years studying at the Institute, 02 final years studying abroad) at famous universities of England, Zealand, Australia and USA in the fields of the Financial Management, International Business and Information Technology.
- Training programs are implemented according to the model 1 + N to support students; apart from International Certificate of English for purpose of communication at work, self-search, research and documentation in English also equip students with communication skills, project management, financial management, team work, etc. With the advantage of this training program, instead of training only one specialty as before, graduates at the Institute will have full professional knowledge, quality, thinking and professional working skills to meet job requirements in competitive environment and to integrate at present and in the future.
