Being invested with billions of Vietnam Dong, the Institute has become one of training and research units with modern and well-equipped facilities such as modern lecture hall, dormitories, research application centers, laboratories, and national measurement rooms of Vietnam. Total of investment makes assets of the Institute be 500 billion VND (probably 1000 billions VND in 2010); at present, total ground area is 12ha which will increase to 30ha in 2010 with 90 lecture halls (probably 135 lecture halls in 2012) and 45 laboratories and libraries with ten thousands of books for research and study of lecturers, teachers, researching staffs and trainees and students of the Institute.
